By creating an account, downloading the StudentShare mobile app, or accessing the StudentShare web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the StudentShare platform.

school 2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

StudentShare is intended for university students, lecturers, and academic learners across Sierra Leone institutions (such as FBC, IPAM, COMAHS, Njala University, and affiliated campuses).

• You must provide accurate account information upon sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your StudentShare account.

verified 3. Academic Integrity Policy

StudentShare is designed to promote academic growth, exam preparation, and peer collaboration. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty.

• No Exam Misconduct: StudentShare study materials and AI tools must NOT be used during live examinations, tests, or prohibited assessments.
• Educational Purpose: Past questions and solution guides are provided solely for revision and self-study purposes.

cloud_upload 4. Study Materials & User Contributions

Students and contributors may upload course slides, past question files, and study summaries to the StudentShare repository:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of materials you create and upload. By uploading, you grant StudentShare a non-exclusive license to host and distribute the content to fellow students for study.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload copyrighted non-academic content, offensive materials, or malicious software.

smart_toy 5. StudentShare AI Tutor Assistance

The 24/7 AI Tutor is an automated educational assistant designed to explain complex course concepts, summarize notes, and guide study sessions.

While trained on course syllabi, AI responses should be cross-referenced with your official university lecture notes and faculty guidance. StudentShare is not liable for errors in AI-generated answers.

workspace_premium 6. Subscriptions & Premium Features

StudentShare offers both free student access and optional Premium Pro upgrades for unlimited AI chats, offline downloads, and advanced GPA planning tools.

All subscription payments are handled through secure local payment options. Subscription details and cancellation terms can be managed directly in the app profile.

shield 7. Limitation of Liability

StudentShare provides all platform features on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for temporary service interruptions or network disruptions on user devices.
